Shipping Information
We normally ship within 2 business days from the time your order is received.
We use either UPS, the United States Post Office, or occassionally a private trucking company to ship.
For expedited services, please call or send an email.
Shipping Costs
Because our products are either very light or very heavy, getting the web site to charge an appropriate amount for shipping can be challenging, especially if you are ordering a mixture of different products. If the site charges an exorbitant amount of shipping, please feel free to contact us to let us know about your concern. We often adjust shipping costs (lower them only, never raise them) in our office, after orders are received.
Large Tile Orders
The site overcharges for large orders. In general, a case of tiles (90 pieces) will cost between $30-$40 to pack and ship. For exact shipping on an order, please send an email with your zip code and the number of pieces you'd like to order.
Large Ornament Orders
The site will also overcharge for large ornament orders. Orders of up to 100 pieces won't cost more than $8.00 to ship within the continental United States.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
We are happy to ship outside of the United States. Please send an email with your address and potential order and we'll get back to you with shipping costs.
